(Updated on 9-4-2011) In this version, Rule 28 (A), Rule 37 (a), Rule 30 (Promotion from an HG scale to same or higher scale), promotion to identical scale are also incorporated. The known limitations are

(i) as the rule insists, provision for first promotion occurred in between 01/07/2009 and 25/02/2011 can only be considered.

(ii) Provision for Reversion, barring of increment etc. are not provided.

(iii) If an incumbents gets / expects a promotion / appointment to a post having higher scale of pay, and the minimum of the higher scale is much above the pay he was drawing in the lower scale.
